The Skywater Group File Manager is created and designed to provide agents with an area to find images such as logos or documents used in transactions. These images and documents are for agents to use for any of their document, web or email related activities. If an agent has one to recommend uploading, please let us know and we will add it.
The Skywater Group Forum is an area that serves a number of purposes, such as a FAQ on such as Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and Miami MLS areas. It will be agent-driven with, past, present or future issues and/or events that may affect buyers or sellers in those areas. This Forum will continue to grow with important updates.
The Skywater Group Image Editor is an online image editing application to enable you to modify any images you may need to adjust to add to your marketing campaigns. It is especially useful when needing to resize or crop any of your images. The image editor gives you your own registered user area to upload and save your images in folders you create.
The Skywater Group Transaction Manager is an application to keep track of your closing transactions. The application features management activities such as tasks, files, communication, calender, etc. Your client can be added and see all activities 24/7 whenever they log in. Your client will also be notified by automatic email once you've closed a task. Your clients will love it.
